Please read PRIOR to completing an intake form:

(a) Confirm you’re committed to learning about force free, reinforcement-based training methods (read more on my “about” page).
(b) Ensure you’re in my service area which is: Oakland, Emeryville, Piedmont, Berkeley, Albany, and El Cerrito. I have a $25 travel surcharge per session for some of these locations to compensate for additional travel time. I serve any location by video.
(c) I do not not take separation anxiety cases.

Step 1: Complete the Client Intake Form. Download or make a copy of this form, send it to me once completed. This will provide me with important information to help me better understand your goals and needs. I understand sometimes you’re not sure what is going on with your dog. Feel free to email me prior to completing an intake form if you’d like to make sure we are a good fit or have other questions. 

Step 2: Upon reviewing the form, I’ll email you to schedule an assessment or discuss next steps.

Step 3: I require payment & my signed liability form in order to book the consultation. Upon receipt of payment, I’ll send you a link for our video assessment and any other instructions needed to prepare for sessions. Within 7 days after the assessment I’ll send follow up with written resources and recommendations.
