August 24, 2021: I have limited availability to take new clients right now. Please feel free to move forward with your intake form, but understand there may be a delay in my response time. I anticipate having the capacity to take additional clients in September or October. Thanks for your interest in working with me!
New Clients-Prior to completing an intake form:
(a) Please read my “about” section & confirm you’re committed to using force free, humane training.
(b) Please check to ensure you’re in my service area which is: Oakland, Emeryville, Piedmont, Berkeley, Albany, El Cerrito and Alameda. I have a $25 travel surcharge per session for some locations to compensate for additional travel time. I serve any location by video.
(c) I am not currently taking separation anxiety cases or human directed aggression.
Step 1: Complete the Client Intake Form. This will provide me with important information to help me better understand your needs.
Step 2: Upon reviewing the form, I’ll email you to schedule an assessment or discuss next steps.
Step 3: I require payment in order to book sessions and will ask you to complete my liability form. Upon receipt of payment, I’ll send you a link for our video assessment and any other instructions needed to prepare for sessions.
I understand sometimes you’re not sure what is going on with your dog. Feel free to email me prior to completing an intake form if you’d like to make sure we are a good fit or have other questions. I try to respond to emails and new intakes within 2-3 days of receiving your email, but sometimes it takes longer. Thanks!
